Artti Aurasmaa, CEO

Artti Aurasmaa, M. Sc. (Financing), joined 3 Step IT in 2000. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer (2000-2003), Chief Operational Officer (2004-2005) and as Chief Excecutive Officer since 2005.

His previous experience includes analyzing for CAG (Investment Bank) and various posts in Nordea Finance.

Keijo Vikkula, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Managing Director

Keijo Vikkula, M.Sc. (Tech.), joined 3 Step IT in June 2010. Before that he had been a member of 3 Step IT’s board since 2005. He has many years of convincing experience in IT business. Vikkula is responsible for 3 Step IT Group's sales management and internationalization.

Before his current position Keijo acted as Vice President and Area Manager of Northern Europe at Computer Associates (CA) in 2008-2010. During 2004-2008 he acted as CA’s Country Manager in Finland. Prior to that Keijo has worked among others in Dell as Country Manager (1997-2004) and in Digital Equipment Corporation in various positions (1989-1997).

Maarit Asikainen, Chief Marketing Officer

Maarit Asikainen, M.Sc. (Econ.) and BA, joined 3 Step IT in 2008. In her position as Chief Marketing Officer her areas of responsibility include marketing, communications, commercialization and service portfolio management.

Asikainen has 12 years of experience in IT, telecommunication and consultancy sectors in several marketing positions. She has previously worked for companies such as Nokia, Sonera, Fujitsu and TietoEnator. Services marketing is her special field of expertise.

Rami Hasu, Chief Remarketing Officer

Rami Hasu, M.Sc. (Industrial Management), joined 3 Step IT in 2006. He has worked as Logistics Director (2006-2007), EOL Services Director (2008-2009) and Chief Remarketing Officer (2010-). Rami is in charge of 3 Step IT Group’s global Remarketing operations. In addition to global Remarketing sales, his areas of responsibility include definition and production of end-of-lease, logistics and data secure asset processing services for 3 Step IT’s customers.

Rami has strong background in international supply chain management and business development (M&As) in several managerial positions. His experience includes leading major change management projects. Rami has previously worked for corporations such as Componenta, UPM-Kymmene and Stora Enso.

Lasse Kuisma, Chief Financial Officer, CFO

Lasse Kuisma has been the CFO of 3 Step IT Group since joining the company in January 2007. His background is with finance and IT services. Lasse started his career at Siemens where he held several financial positions including the treasurer for Finland and the Baltic states.

Lasse first became associated with 3 Step IT while working at Sampo Finance where among other things he was responsible for the funding co-operation between Sampo and 3 Step IT. Before joining 3 Step IT Lasse worked for Hewlett Packard as a finance manager at EMEA Managed Services organization. He was responsible for finance and operations of global outsourcing business covering over 60 countries worldwide.

Lasse holds a Masters degree in Economics and he has supplemented his studies in London and the US.

Jouko Poranen, Chief Technology Officer, CTO

Jouko Poranen, M.Sc. (Engineering), joined 3 Step IT’s in early 2004. He has been working first as Chief Information Officer (2004 - 2006), Chief Development Officer (2006 - 2009) and Chief Technology Officer (2009 - ). He is responsible of Operations organization: Service Production, Service Development, Strategic Systems, R&D and IT. He is also heavily involved with strategic customers and partnerships.

Jouko Poranen has proven track record of successful managing Service Processes, R&D and IT. He has long experience in Business Process Development, Corporate management systems, Information Management, Logistic development and Environment management.
