3 Step IT completes the acquisition of BNP Paribas Lease Group operations in Scandinavia (9.3.2010)
3 Step IT has completed the acquisition of BNP Paribas Lease Group’s subsidiaries in Sweden and Norway, and business operations in Denmark (ex Fortis Lease Group) announced on February 2, 2010. The ownership of the companies was transferred to 3 Step IT Group on March 9, 2010.

Finnish company 3 Step IT is to acquire BNP Paribas Lease Group’s subsidiaries in Sweden and Norway, and business operations in Denmark (ex Fortis Lease Group). Through the acquisition, 3 Step IT will greatly increase its market share in Scandinavia, becoming the leading independent company providing IT leasing and management services in the Nordic countries.
