The acquired companies and operations will form joint entities with 3 Step IT Group’s local subsidiaries. The new entities will operate under name 3 Step IT. The BNP Paribas Lease Group’s Scandinavian subsidiaries employ 38 people who will be transferred to 3 Step IT. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
Through the acquisition, 3 Step IT will greatly increase its market share in Scandinavia, becoming the leading independent company providing IT leasing and asset management services in the Nordic countries.
3 Step IT Group’s turnover in 2009 stood at EUR 220.8 million. Through the business acquisition, 3 Step IT Group estimates its total turnover in 2010 will increase to EUR 350 million. Number of customers of joined entity will exceed 2,500.
