Anticimex is a digital innovator, supporting its global customers to meet the new demands for healthy environment and deploying new technology and sustainable solutions across 18 markets worldwide. As part of its sustainability strategy, the company is focussed on “being the preferred employer”, including “engagement in the workplace” and “full and productive employment for all”. Having the right tools to support the team’s success is an important part of this ambition.

Anticimex has been working with 3stepIT since 2012, but in 2018, we carried out a major digital transformation project across all their 18 locations in Norway. The goal was to refresh the organisation’s tech assets, establish a comprehensive service for operation, support, and maintenance, while sustainably disposing of obsolete devices. The Anticimex team is the best in the business, and with the latest digital tools at their disposal, they would be unstoppable.

Anticimex

Stian Aaserud, CFO of Anticimex, said: Our business is made up of employees with unique competencies and contributing to a simpler everyday life for them was one of our goals. We brought all the equipment on to 3stepIT’s platform so that the establishment costs would go down, the user experience would improve, and IT support would be better and easier to access for all employees.

As part of Anticimex’s sustainability strategy, the company is also striving to ensure their operations has a positive impact on the environment. The team wanted confidence that old equipment was handled sustainably and responsibly. As part of our Technology Lifecycle Management solution, Anticimex’s used devices were securely transported to 3stepIT’s refurbishing centre, where our team of product life extension experts then refurbished the devices for resale.

Our Happy Client

In their own words

It is clear that sustainability is important to both of us, and 3stepIT embedded this at all levels – everything from the handling of used IT equipment to how to reduce waste and maximise efficiency. We strive to have a positive environmental impact and be the environmentally friendly alternative in the industry – circular, sustainable technology is a big piece of the puzzle.
