As CEO of 3stepIT, Jakob is driven by discovering new possibilities to create growth and success and to form a culture where people can flourish and perform at their best.   

Jakob has an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to turn ideas into reality, as he demonstrated during his tenure as country manager for 3stepIT Sweden. With a master’s in business and economics, he has worked for over 20 years in the IT Sector, most recently as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Pedab Group.

Jakob is a proud member of the Board of Hello World!, a non-profit organisation that partners with 3stepIT to tackle digital inequality and the gender gap in tech by allowing children to explore the digital world sustainably thanks to refurbished devices.

Jari has over two decades of experience in financial accounting, control, and strategic planning within extensive multinational teams.  Before joining 3stepIT as CFO in 2017, Jari spent twenty years at ABB, leading significant projects, including mergers, acquisitions, process enhancements, and organisational transformations.  

As part of his role, Jari also oversees the 3stepIT Production and Logistics function, including Production Sites, the Production Development team and the Logistics team to ensure efficiency and develop improved commercial services. 

As Chief Commercial Officer, Mika oversees and manages all commercial aspects of the company's operations. Working closely with the country managers and the commercial team sales leaders, Mika is in charge of supporting our Technology Lifecycle Management customers and developing, improving and strengthening our business in the Nordics.  

Mika has held various sales managerial positions in 3stepIT over the past 20 years and has played a crucial role in shaping the success of our organisation.  

Evrim Eravci is a seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership in the IT industry, having built multiple companies across hardware, distribution, and lifecycle services.

As Chief Transformation Officer, Staffan leads the Transformation strategy and program management and the Operations and Business Operations teams in all countries, including Estonia, ensuring efficient delivery of essential business support processes.  Staffan joined the company in 2019 as HR director and served as Interim Country Manager for Denmark for a year. Before joining 3stepIT, Staffan held senior HR roles in businesses like De Lage Landen and Unilever. 

As Chief Strategy Officer, Rasmus is responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth and increase our organisation’s competitive position in the market. He is also responsible for developing 3stepIT’s investor relations programme and identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships and acquisitions that align with our vision for the future.
