In-take and receipt

Inventory
The data sanitization process begins by systematically recording all Decommissioned Business Devices (DBDs) and associated data storage media, including hard drives, SSDs, and flash memory. Assets are labelled and tracked using barcode or RFID technology for real-time visibility and assigned storage locations optimized for accessibility and protection.

Sanitization
To wipe functional devices, we use best in class data sanitization software (NIST 800-88 standard) to ensure all data is completely unrecoverable. On the rare occasions when manual shredding process is required, we adhere to the DIN66399 standard, which makes it impossible to recover any data.

Reporting
We generate individual tamper-proof erasure certificates for every tech asset and provide a Certificate of Destruction covering all sanitized and shredded materials.
