Applicability of Terms and Conditions and Permitted Use
These Terms and Conditions are applied to the use of Asset IQ system website (hereinafter “Asset IQ”) provided by 3Step IT Group Oy and its subsidiaries (hereinafter “3stepIT”).
By using Asset IQ, you (hereinafter “you” the “User”) or accept and undertake to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not use Asset IQ or access the website.
Please note that your employer or principal organisation (hereinafter the “Customer”) may have provided further instructions or conditions regarding the use of Asset IQ (for example related to approving Acceptances of Delivery in Asset IQ), which you should comply with in all cases and circumstances.
Please note that the username and password provided to you for the use of Asset IQ are personal. You may not disclose them to any unauthorised parties.
Content, Availability and Liability
The content of Asset IQ is provided on "as is" and "as available" basis. 3stepIT does not warrant that Asset IQ will at all times be accessible and error-free. 3stepIT makes no warranties on the availability, accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content of Asset IQ. 3stepIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate use of Asset IQ by you or other users in its sole discretion. 3stepIT also reserves the right to revise any or all of the web pages in Asset IQ or withdraw access to them at any time. 3stepIT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages caused by the use or inability to use Asset IQ or its content or modification of the content, unless otherwise agreed between 3stepIT and the Customer.
By submitting material or information to Asset IQ, the User guarantees that the material or information will not contain any content that is unlawful or inappropriate or that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third parties.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
Asset IQ and its contents (excluding the content owned by the Customer) are the intellectual property of, and are owned by, 3stepIT or its licensors. Asset IQ is protected under applicable copyright laws and international conventions and 3stepIT reserves any rights that are not expressly granted herein.
The use of Asset IQ and content on the site is permitted only for such Users, who have been provided with valid user names and passwords by 3stepIT. 3stepIT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Asset IQ in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discern the source code of Asset IQ. Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of any of the content (including, but not limited to, text, presentations, images, figures, videos and sound) of Asset IQ is prohibited without prior written consent of 3stepIT.
Confidentiality
Please note that Asset IQ may contain information about the Customer, 3stepIT or third parties that may be considered confidential. Users may not disclose this information to any unauthorised third parties, unless explicitly allowed.
Personal Data
3stepIT may collect your personal data in connection with your use of Asset IQ. 3stepIT collects and processes your personal data in accordance with 3stepIT’s Privacy Policy the Data Register Description of Asset IQ.
Information saved into the Asset IQ may include personal data regarding which the Customer is data controller (as defined in EU General Data Protection Regulation). The Customer may have provided further instructions or conditions regarding the use of such personal data, which you should comply with.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland excluding its choice of law provisions.
