Carmen Ene, CEO of 3stepIT, joined AmCham Estonia online fireside chat to discuss Women in Leadership. Carmen shared her story and the challenges that she has faced as she was making her way up in the men-dominated industry.
Other topics discussed were the lack of female professionals in the IT sector and AI, the gender pay gap that is still a big problem in Estonia, how to inspire girls to consider the IT sector for their future careers, the role of allies and mentors as we try to close the gender gap and what AmCham can do to help get this message across.
