First some general principles about what we do with the data we collect

The third parties are responsible for how these cookies work and how they process personal data.
We will use personal data in a clear and transparent way. We won't use your personal data for hidden purposes. We will be open and honest with you. We strive for clear and easy to understand communications, not jargon. We hope this policy is a good example of clear, jargon free communications.

1. We collect personal data from our customers and other users of the 3 Step IT website in the following ways:

-data we get from your use of Asset Management NG, our asset register, and other services we provide

2. We collect the following data, which we may combine:
-demographic company data, such as its name, address and a general description of the business;
-people we may contact in your company; e.g. for general contacts, decision makers, prime administration contacts, their names, positions in your organization and business contact details;
-cookie data related to your use of www.3stepit.com;
-data related to your use of 3 Step IT services and other data you enter as you use those services.

6. Inspecting and correcting collected personal data
You have the right to know what personal data we have collected about you. If you spot errors, it’s clearly in our interest to correct or complete personal data we hold.
This release of data is subject to applicable laws. E.g. if money laundering is suspected, we may not, by law, release the data we hold, nor reveal our suspicions, apart from to the relevant authorities.
7. We keep personal data secure
Personal data is kept in 3 Step IT Group’s secure network, protected with firewalls and subject to suitable internal access controls.
The Controller, as defined below, assigns personal user rights and passwords to designated employees of 3 Step IT Group, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and subcontractors to process the personal data. All logins to the network and the changes made to the personal data in our database can be monitored and verified.
All 3 Step IT Group’s employees partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and subcontractors are under a non-disclosure obligation regarding the personal data in our database.
